What counts as one change?

Text, prices, opening hours, images, a section moved or restyled, a form field, a banner, a blog post published, a new team member. Brand new pages, new languages and new functionality are priced separately, so you always know what you are getting. If what you asked for is bigger than a change, we tell you what it costs before we touch anything.

Is unlimited really unlimited?

Yes, in the way you would hope. There is no counter, no fifteen-minute cap, and you will never get an email saying you have used four of your six changes. Send them one at a time or send ten at once, and we work through the list in the order it arrived. The only thing that is not unlimited is scope: a full redesign sent one sentence at a time is still a redesign, and we would say so and quote it.

Do I still get access to my own website?

Yes, always. Every customer has a login, can see everything, and can edit the site themselves whenever they feel like it. Care means you do not have to, not that you cannot. If you want to change your opening hours at eleven at night, go ahead.

What happens if I want to leave?

You cancel at the end of any month and keep the website. It is standard code in your own repository, you can download the whole thing as a zip, and it will run anywhere. There is no exit fee and nothing to ask permission for. That is the whole point of not renting you a site.

Do you work on my existing WordPress site?

No, and that is deliberate. We move it across first, and then we look after the result. The reason care is this affordable is that what we look after has no plugins, no database and no security updates. Maintaining WordPress properly costs what agencies charge for it.

How fast is same business day, really?

Most changes are live within an hour of you sending them. We answer on business days between 9 and 18 CET, so something that arrives on Saturday evening goes out on Monday morning. If your site is down or showing something wrong, that is an emergency and we start on it straight away, whatever your package.

Who actually does the work?

A small team, with a lot of help from our own software. That is why you get an hour where an agency gives you three weeks, and why a hundred and forty-eight checks run on your site every single time instead of whenever someone remembers. A person reads every change before it goes live.
